He goes above and beyond his duties and makes his clients feel that their needs are taken care of and his employees at Arizona Property Management will treat you like family. They strive to keep you on as their clients. They don't just do their jobs, they exceed in showing that they care for there clients and that we matter to them. They always keep communication open with us at all times and if they aren't able to answer right away they get right back to you in a timely manner. (July 16, 2014, 2:27 am)I rented a beautiful apartment from them and had a great experience. From the time I applied to the time I stepped into my new home was less than 24 hours. From there, my apartment was fresh and clean. After I had lived there a year I called and asked to shampoo my carpets. They told me they would do it for FREE! It was awesome! The next day they sent out a company and it was taken care of! So nice! I absolutely LOVED my apartment and each time I would come to the office to pay rent, the front lady would always give me a big smile like she really meant it!! I'm serious! No problems, quick response, great customer service! LOVE 'em!
