    Sear is one Of The Best Retail Stores you find something for the whole Family Dressy and Casual and Reasonable Prices ????

    Would have been good, but ended up being disappointed. Bought a Craftsman battery via Sears online app. Good price. Picked up order at local Sears next day. No problems. Turns out the "new" Nextec 12V battery is so old it cannot take a charge. Wasted time returning it. No wait at return desk, but register did not allow refund to the card I used to make purchase! Cashier could not understand why. Called manager, never came. Finally offered a cash refund. I said fine, but this took 15-20 min, could have been in and out in 5.

    We went to this Sears, initially, to purchase appliances. After the purchases, we were given coupons to use for in-store purchases. This was great because we loved a lot of the Lands End products. Just before the holidays, we were able to scoop up so many items because they were leaving Sears soon. I was grateful for so many sales, but, I'll miss finding their products there. Luckily, Sears carries some other items that I'm interested in so I'll be back.

    I like Sears and always have. I found what I needed and more plus there was a fantastic sale going on at the time. Check out was fast and efficient
