I have been going to this Starbucks since was opened...staff is always friendly and drink comes out correctly each time!
The store manager and- the entire staff here are not only wonderful workers but just in general are wonderful people. They go out of their way to make you feel at “home” in this location. What I have realized is that the people that work here are geninue.
My friends and I drive out of our way to come to this Starbucks location because they deliver excellent customer service and make great drinks. This Starbucks is a truly hidden gem!!! This is by far my favorite Starbucks and enjoy the trip out here!!!
Of course you get the standard Starbucks fair but what makes this spot great is all the seating and the very friendly staff.
I guess it goes without saying that good help is hard to find, and the lengths that you have to go to find that help is not necessarily good or easy. Anyway, perhaps I'm just having a bad customer service day, where my needs are not getting met. But aside from the fact that the employees are really friendly, housekeeping definitely lags behind as in a restaurant, or a store like Starbucks, where there is not really much going on, there shouldn't be plates piling high over by the garbage, a customer shouldn't have to tell staff that the napkins are completely out, and tables should be wiped down within minutes after people leave. Perhaps it was busy before I got there. I don't know. I'm just thinking people could do better that's all.
The young man who served me here was genuinely friendly and great to talk to. Then he made me one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, which is probably the hardest drink to get just right. A++
