After hundreds of times passing this restaurant, we came here for the first time yesterday during their Valentine's day rush. We got there early (around 6 ish) and were seated immediately at the hibachi table. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Careful, the large beers are LARGE! Their carrot ginger dressing was awesome!
Did the all you can't eat sushi. The sushi was very fresh and tasted delicious. Like that it had flavor and wasn't bland like some other places. Loved the gyōza as well. Service was quick and friendly
Very good sushi and habachi. The sushi taste fresh and the cooked foods taste good too. The hibachi is fun but the food is bit too buttery. Place can get busy sometimes. Staff is friendly and the place is well kept.
I came across this places on google and it had very good reviews. We came the night after thanksgiving so this may be the reason for such a long wait. When I tell you we were waiting for at least 35 minutes to get seated and then another 35 minutes before they turned the grill on, I thought I was going to ring in the new year here. Despite the wait, it was worth every bit. Great deal for your money. The portion size was decent and the food was well seasoned. The soup was delicious and the salad dressing to die for. The chef was also kind, anyone say Sake? The complementary shrimp is also a great touch. I would come back, but definitely with a reservation ;)
