I been a customer of PBE for 20 years bought 3 machines. Ken Bonaface was always there to accept my call even on the weekend. He always was able to help us with any issue. The shop always fixxed any problem we could not although expensive it was fixxed. My friends that bought Cat or Volvo. Their machines did not have the stamina of the Koumatso or the after sale value. Thank you Pine Bush Thank you Kenny
Always satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. We have been purchasing and renting equipment from Pine Bush Equipment for 25 years and have only had positive experiences.
I've been a customer of PBE since 2008- purchased 2 BX machines since then and have had a great experience both times. Service and parts department has been prompt each time I've needed it.
Mark- Jimmy and the staff- they are all good guys...Highly recommend them.
PBE the Epitome of Customer Service……
Do you ever wonder how a company can stay in business for 60+ years?
PBE proves time and time again that customer service is paramount not only for when things go right, but especially when things go wrong. This can only be accomplished with a well-trained staff of employees who all care enough to do what is right at all costs. A shout out goes to Dave Conero who expertly orchestrated a solution for my RTV1100 problem with Kubota and executed the fix with the PBE Service team led by Sue Grecco Sherman that resolved the issue even though it was out of warranty. Dave and Sue went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed in record time and to boot, just before the first major snow storm! Thank you Dave and the entire PBE Team! May you enjoy continued success for at least the next 60 + years!!!
