    They were busy helping the customers but very obliging and helpful to me looking for something in particular. Found out what I needed to know, paid for my items and it was carried to the car. Probably took 20 minutes.

    Great staff and owner. They most usually have what you need saving a trip to San Antonio and prices are competitive with larger stores.

    Great service, great selection. Looking for a mom and pop hardware store that actually cares about helping their customers and answering all your questions? Then you've come to the right place. Every time I go to Big Bear I am always treated with the best service. I don't think I could've asked for more. Their selection would rival any ace hardware, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.
