Before they came they sent text messages as a reminder for the appointment and then confirmed their arrival time. Their trucks are clean they are careful throughout the house as they move their hoses by putting corner plastic guards everywhere. They put a special amount of detail into areas of our home that really needed it from previous use. This family owned business offers politeness and exceptional service. Consider Pure Steam.!!
